LD200 is a kind of liquid scale inhibitor / dispersant without phosphorus, which is used to control scale deposition in membrane separation system. Reduce the possibility of particles on the surface of the fouling film.

Product characteristics:

1.The effective control of CaCO₃, CSO₄, BaSO₄, SrSO₄and FeO,SiO₂scale up to 3.0.

2.The product has excellent performance, green environmental protection, no phosphorus, high safety to reverse osmosis system.

3.Dispersing blocking particles to keep the surface of reverse osmosis membrane clean.

4.Suitable for the main reverse osmosis membranes such as Hyde energy membrane, Dow membrane, general fluid membrane, Toray membrane, Korea membrane and so on.

5.The pH range of influent from 5 to 9 is still within the effective range.

6.Can be added directly to the original solution or diluted.

Usage method:

The dosing position of LD220 is usually before the precision filter, and the dosage of typical standard solution is 2 mg / L, depending on the water quality of customers and the operation of RO equipment.

Matters need attention:

1.RO osmotic water was used to dilute.

2.The scale inhibitor solution is reformulated every 3-5 days.

3.Check the daily storage container of the scale inhibitor before adding the solution again. If necessary, clean the storage container before adding it.

4.A dilution ratio of up to 10 times is usually used. If a dilution ratio of more than 10 times is required, special attention should be paid to the state of the scale inhibitor storage container (degree of cleanliness) and reformulation of the solution every 1-3 days.
