Performance and use:

LD-ZG006 high efficient ash water scale inhibitor and dispersant, a new generation scale inhibitor and dispersant developed by our company in view of the characteristics of coal water slurry gasification process, is especially suitable for ash water treatment in Texaco coal water slurry gasification process, which can effectively reduce ash water scaling. The effect of corrosion on production, reducing sewage discharge and increasing the reuse efficiency of ash water. It consists of several functional groups: strong acid group (sulfonic acid group), weak acid group (carboxylic acid group, non-ionic functional group). Most deposits can be dispersed under any operating conditions to keep the heat exchanger surface clean. It has good thermal stability and dispersibility.

Usage method:

The amount of suspended matter in water ≤ 100mg/ 1 is 60-80 ppm.

For every 5 mg / 1 increase of suspended solids in water, the dosage of 1~2ppm increased.
