Copper Corrosion Inhibitor LD-HS001

 HS001 is composed of benzotriazole (BTA) or mercaptobenzothiazole (MBT) or methyl benzotriazole (TTA) inhibitors, as well as high performance dispersants, permeants and other auxiliary agents.

HS001 is composed of benzotriazole (BTA) or mercaptobenzothiazole (MBT) or methyl benzotriazole (TTA) inhibitors, as well as high performance dispersants, permeants and other auxiliary agents. The inhibitor can form a thin film on the metal surface to protect copper and other metals from atmospheric and harmful medium.

This product has good corrosion inhibition to non-ferrous metals and copper alloys and ferrous metals.

Specification:

This product can be used as copper corrosion inhibitor in open circulating cooling water system, such as oil refining, chemical industry, chemical fertilizer, steelmaking and so on. Also can be used as automotive antifreeze, lubricating oil additives, used to prevent corrosion of copper equipment.

Usage method:

The concentration of the product in water is 2-10 ppm. if the non-ferrous metals in the water system have been seriously corroded, 5-10 times of the normal concentration can be added to the product to make the system passivate quickly.
