LD510 is an alkaline cleaning agent specially developed for UFF MF membrane. It is composed of a variety of surfactants, chelating agents, defoaming agents, alkaline additives and membrane protectors. The main removal membrane surface oil, organic matter and biological mucous membrane. It is suitable for aromatic polyamide reverse osmosis membrane, hollow fiber membrane and sodium filter (NFN) and ultrafiltration. Excellent cleaning effect can prolong the running time of the film.

Cleaning procedure:
1. Check connection cleaning loop: cleaning box, hose and security filter are connected, clean with desalting water, rinse at least 2 times. Install new filter elements when necessary.
2. The cleaning agent was prepared with deionized water into 1 / 3% standard liquid, and the PH value was between 10-11, which could be adjusted by addition of sodium hydroxide if it was not in this range. It is best to control the temperature of the cleaning liquid at about 40 ℃.
3. According to the cleaning loop, start the cleaning pump, start cleaning, the first cleaning liquid out of the membrane should be discharged out of the system, the volume is about 1020 of the cleaning tank, cleaning flow, flow rate should be in accordance with the film manufacturer Or system supplier's recommended value, cleaning time depending on the degree of contamination, generally 8-12 hours.
