LD787 is a special non oxidizing bactericide for reverse osmosis system. It is used to sterilize the reverse osmosis membrane and ultrafiltration membrane system. Using it with the cleaning agent provided by our company, the cleaning effect of the membrane can be better and the frequency of cleaning can be reduced.

LD787 can be added to the membrane system on-line or in the process of impact. It is effective for bacteria, fungi, yeasts, cyanobacteria and real algae. The time of germicidal effect is better than that of most other non-oxidizing fungicides, or even comparable to that of oxidizing fungicides.

Usage method:

Reverse osmosis bactericide LD787 is used in the following two ways:

1.On-line dosing: 30 minutes of impact treatment with 40-100ppm every 10 ~ 15 days can gradually destroy the biofilm scale formed on RO membrane surface and make it fall off with concentrated water.

2.Off-line addition: stop RO system operation, use chemical cleaning method to configure bactericidal solution, and recycle the liquid to deal with the system. If the system is seriously polluted, the system shall be chemically cleaned in situ and then sterilized according to the following steps:

1) Adding water to the cleaning tank and preparing the bactericide concentration of 100-500 ppm;

2) Adjust the PH of cleaning liquid below 7 (citric acid or hydrochloric acid can be used to prolong the half-life of LD787

3) Cycle 45 minutes.
